SHORT BIO
She has over eight years of experience in non-formal education and youth work, collaborating with a wide range of non-profit organizations at both local and international levels. Her work focuses on designing and facilitating learning processes for young people, empowering women, and supporting project teams through participatory and learner-centered approaches. She has implemented youth development projects in her hometown, working on leadership development, personal growth, civic engagement, and community development. In addition, she has worked closely with ethnic minority groups, promoting inclusion, active participation, and intercultural dialogue through non-formal education methodologies. She has served as a Curator of a Global Shapers Hub, where she coordinated youth-led initiatives, facilitated trainings and workshops, and supported young leaders in project development, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
